Where do I find English language classes in the Hamilton area for non-immigrant? (YMCA)

Hi forumers,

I wanted to ask about English language classes for Visitors on Record (non-immigrant) for someone who wants to learn English while living in the Hamilton area. Government sponsored ESL classes, as far as I understand, do not apply in this case. Are there any churches or community groups who offer quality courses for a low fee? Does anyone know where to start? Thanks in advance!

Not sure if this is possible, but perhaps the English Dept. at McMaster University could find grad students will to tutor?
