My cousin use to live in one of these town houses in Vaughn. It was spacious enough inside, but not much outdoor space, but she bought before it was built and like over 10 year ago.

In comparison to where? If you want to live in a very residential suburban area. This is your target area. Posh ... my cousin would fit that description and she lived in this type home in this area. Not the most posh area, but a starting point. I personally do not like Vaughan because in my opinion it lacks character and excitement. What it does not lack is newer homes. This was my cousin's started home. They moved to a 2500 sq house in Woodbridge a couple years ago which was insanely over prices in my opinion. In my opinion a lot people living in these homes are under the pretense they have money, but they actually do not make a lot more money then the average GTA family. It depends though. A lot of people I went to high school with moved up there. It is not trendy, but a keeping up with the Jones type of environment in a suburban way if that makes any sense. Good shopping in the area ! Sorry if that was highly opinionated bias answer. If you are looking for a family friendly area with good shopping and drive it is an okay place to live/buy.
