I am not saying don't visit Colombia. It's a gorgeous country (Bogotá is one of the most underrated cities anywhere) but if travel is linked to elected office then man you sure have an interesting standard.
To me, it sounds like a plausible ranking of Trump. There have been loonies all over the world, but seldom as crude and uncouth as Trump.
