I've lived here almost 2 and a half years and have lots of ideas already. Before I live here we visited here together in 2008 and did the basic tourist stuff like the CN tower already.
I'm looking for more ideas. She's a "foodie" and I have no idea about that. I'm mostly vegetarian/vegan but she'll try anything. The more weird the better.
Not just places to eat, but other places Torontonians should already know about, and maybe I don't?
Maybe check out Little India? Sounds like you're about due for a few neighbourhood crawls. Toronto is really an amazing collection of neighbourhoods and it's sad that more people don't make a day or weekend of just picking an area and exploring.

Now my friend had gone home and I'm on my own here again. I'm not coping very well. I have new friends but it's nothing like my old friends. Suddenly I"m lonely and maybe homesick.
Does anyone else go through this after a friend visits?
Same thing for me after my best friend visited when I was new to Toronto but quickly got over it exploring lots of new places in the GTA.
November is kinda blah but my fave time of year, Christmas, is coming
