Hello guys,
I live in Bosnia and would like to visit Toronto (Toronto because I have a cousin there and he brought to me an invitation letter).
In the invitation letter it says that he is the selfplumbing contractor, adress where he lives that I will stay at his adress and purpose of my visit will be leisure.
Reasons visa officer rejected me:
1. He is not satisfied because I never traveled to CA before (I did traveled to Germany last year but I didn't mention that, I don't think it's important, or it is ? )
2. He is not satisfied with my family ties in CA and Bosnia.
3. He is not satisfied because of the purpose of my visit.
4. He is not satisfied because of the limited employment prospects in Bosnia.
5. He is not satisfied because I'm unemployed.
And he wrote at the bottom of the document:" You are welcome to reapply if you feel that you can respond to these concerns and can demonstrate that your situation meets the requirements. All new applications must be accompanied by a new processing fee."

Why is rigorous system like that ?
Something tells me if I reapply I will be rejected again.
Any advices ?
An invitation letter is not enough. You will need to prove you have enough money to finance your trip, you will need to have a job in Bosnia, property/assets and to convince them that you will return home after your visa expires.
How long were you planning on visiting Canada? If you're currently unemployed there is a risk (to the authorities), that you will stay in Canada and get employment "under the table".

yea, i'm aware of that, that's what i've thought.
So, if I apply for working visa , do I still have to find a job here and collect some working experience in order to apply for working visa?
Is there any chance I can get working visa for CA without working experience ?

Yes and no
There are at least 2 kinds of working visas, one is a 1-year work holiday visa that are given to a lot of students from other countries, which doesn’t seem to require experience and job offer. The other one is the regular work permit, you would need a job offer from an Canadian employer and the approval process often would require some level of experience
Good luck Pilgrim88. I've had many Bosnian students over the years who have managed to get PR cards and are working towards Canadian citizenship, but it wasn't easy for them. Some were highly educated, skilled professionals, some met a Bosnian-Canadian visiting family back home, fell in love, and got sponsored...that's about it, now that I think about it. We have a large population of peope from the former Yugoslavia who came here as refugees during the war.
