What would be the best way to get there? Would taking a GO train to one of the stops and then taking an uber be best? Or would taking the TTC to Kipling and then going onto Brampton transit etc be a better option?
Since it's just 1x a week, I do not want to have to move to Brampton and prefer living in my current area. Any and all suggestions are appreciated!

I think the GO Train will be your best bet. Based on your location in Brampton which is very close to the Mississauga border, the best option would be to go to the Meadowvale GO station in Mississauga. Uber would be a very short drive from there to your final destination. There is probably some sort of bus service from the GO station to 1 Presidents Choice circle but uber would be quick and done.
If this were a daily commute it would suck quite frankly but once a week is totally not a big deal. I agree with you, Brampton is not as desirable as Liberty Villiage
