Minorities in the law enforcement workforce? (office, cities, Hispanic)

Are there any minorities in law enforcement positions in Toronto? Like lets say non-white cops? I know here in NYC there are cops who are Black, Hispanic and Asian however the majority of cops are White. How is it in TOronto?

Despite the diverseness of this city, I'd have to say most cops are white. Come to think of it I honestly can't remember the last time I saw a cop that wasn't white.

That's pretty much how it goes in most major cities.

Overall - I'd have to say that the Toronto Police Services does not mirror the community they serve.. There are minority police officers however, and there is (at least publicly) efforts being made to attract more diversity to the force.
I do recall reading that 1/2 of new recruits are Women/Minorities, so time will tell..

There are non-white cops, quite a bit of them. But often they're even bigger asses than white cops cuz they feel like they have to be tougher, meaner.. just in general a bigger ass to prove themselves to their white cop friends.
