It looks like a bigger version of the NX to me. Will not appeal to the typical RX owners and they are gearing now towards 30-40s. It's due out in October so I'll take a look at it but if I had to go to an SUV I'd probably just go to the NX. What do you guys think?? Introducing the all-new Lexus RX - lexus.com

Lexus is going all in with the spindle grill theme; it reminds me somewhat of the Predator mouth from the movie with Schwarzenegger, and slapping a license plate in the middle of that thing would look like a canker sore. The hood strakes are so aggressive that they look like boat hulls along with some other elements of the car just look like they would hurt.

Since other Asian automakers have stepped up their styling, (with varied results) it seems Lexus feels that they too have to get aggressive to keep up. It reads a bit like the new Murano as well, just pointier. I guess it is a bit better than the snoozeville styling of Lexus' past but doesn't seem like it would age well.
