My perfect vacation would be hotel suite top floor, A M A Z I N G view of the ocean, crystal clear water, with a beach, being able to lay low and relax, 5-day getaway baby! What about you?

The perfect combination of adventure and relaxation. I love beautiful beaches but I also love to be active. White water rafting, ziplining, canyoning, snorkeling, surfing and ending the day just laying on the beach with a drink in hand. And that is why we're going to Costa Rica in August!

My perfect vacation is the one we're just returning from, now. On the road, traveling the US since Labor Day '08. It's been a trip. You can see my DH's blog of the trip on my home page, listed on my profile.

Wooden vintage yacht, sailing around the Galapagos. This Yacht would do very nicely :

Barracuda Yacht Charter, Sailing Yacht Charter Holiday

Also replace Galapagos with Socotra, Cape Verde, the Comoros, Croatia, Greece, Corsica, Sardinia, Sicily or maybe New Caledonia and The Pacific Islands...

The Great Spirit Bear Rainforest in British Columbia

Japan, staying in traditional Riokans and eating at the very best Japanese restaurants

Driving all the way from Alaska to Tierra del Fuego, back up the East coast of South America all the way to Quebec

Medieval farmhouse in Tuscany or the Dordogne taking all the historical and archaeological sites, and fabulous restaurants

Sailing around the Islands of Scotland

Any of the great Archaeological sites of the world

I'm a frugal person yet tend to travel more than anyone I know....but always on the cheap.

My perfect vacation would be some place like Club Med or Beaches/Sandals....or other all inclusive resort to where I didn't have to worry about $.

Because I'm always worried I spend to much, even when I'm in the middle of vacation I forgoe that ice cream cone or tickets to a show. I hate that!
Of course, that week at the resort would have to be FREE.....or else it wouldn't be perfect.
