Then again the last I opened up my billfold and asked for permission to go on a trip laughter came out of it!

Honestly, I'd be more willing to book them than ever. Bad press = low prices. And considering they've already messed up four times, I doubt they will mess up again, or at least more effort will be taken than in the past.
