Was I right that it is a German-speaking country? (Austria, Switzerland, etc.)

Is it the Red Roof Inn, in Hagerstown, Maryland?

Those towers look alot like the ones in the Walled City of Talinn Estonia.

Tallinn is a very nice city, I have been there in 2008 and took that picture. It is very close to Riga, Helsinki and other places worth to visit.
