Doing a Google search under red clay tiles comes up with hundreds of European towns/cities with this red clay roofing material.. so lets start with the first one = Athens Greece?

It looks like Europe, perhaps Germany? I know "Ströer" is a German company, and the license plates are white with xx-xx-xxxx

But I can't imagine what it stands for and where it is.

The symbol does stand for something very specific. It's a enlargement of an artifact found by archaeologists in the region, symbolic of that ancient culture. It's not Germany.

I can't see stroer or the license plates and the symbol to me looks like a greek omega...or an egyptian sun. But, I'm going with scandinavia because of the animals.

Hmmm I have been thinking about that some time, what looks like Europe (European cars like Renault Clio, European license plates, etc.) but is not Europe? South Africa? No... Eastern part of Turkey? Yes! Finally I got Ankara.

Ahhhh so it just misses actually being Europe. Clever! Good job figuring that out, too (assuming you're right)
