Correct. Not sure if it is Elmo, but it is the tree-scarce part of Central Kansas where fence posts are cut from the Post Rock limestone plate a few feet under the ground, which also has rich fossil zones associated with it.

Looks like every ones gone for the holidays

Looks like just a hill but a significant one, behind me is the museum dedicated to this hills significance. it was also an erroneous guess in a recent pic.

Yeah thats the place, while we were there they were having a big Indian pow wow, there were dozens of teepees set up off to the right and Indian drums and dancing were happening the whole time we were there, the Head-Smashed-In Buffalo Jump is an extremely sacred sight to the Indians and they've done a great job on the museum..
