It's named 'waterce' so I'm going coast of England. A rocky protrusion with a fair-sized bush, two more protrusions, a river mouth. Hmmm .... Penzance?

Hint: If you recognize the arthictectural style, it is in a place that is well-known for many such examples.

Buffalo! I really don't know but there similar buildings in any number cities in the NE US.
I don't recognize the taller buildings in the background.

Yeah, it's the architectural style of the 'historic' buildings in downtown San Diego, but I don't recognize any of the other buildings around it. So I don't think the architectural style is at all useful as a hint.

Correct, it is Tulsa, Oklahoma. The building in the picture is the Bell Telephone building.
