It's the public library in Pipestone, MN aka Senior Center.

What's interesting is that I came across this pic during my search of a building in Albany, NY...uncanny similarities in the shape of the building and placement of the sign (w/ similar wording) and flagpole:

Are you sure your guess on that senior citizens place is correct as while it is very similar it doesnt quite look the same as JT's posted pic.

Yes, the place in MN is it...my pic with the response was of a strangely similar looking place in Albany, NY.

Here's another view of the Public Library in Pipestone.

Pipestone Library is correct. Unique owing to the construction materials, the native pipestone rock of which it is bullt. There is even a Pipestone National Monument, where the National Parks Service maintains an interpretive center regarding the highly localized rock.

A hint on the current pic...you'd almost certainly recognize the inside of the building.

Good. Then show us a picture of the inside. There must be thousands of buildings with generic architecture that would be indistinguishable from that one. I've even worked in a couple of them.

Showing the inside would make it too easy. Another hint: it's on a college campus. So now you know it's on a college campus and you'd recognize the inside of the building. That should help considerably.
