The roof looks thatched and the paintings on the interior look like people dressed in a British garb.

PS Burgler9 yes we'd like to just say what it is and not have to rely on hints but as no one knows what or where it is we are reduced to searches on Google images in hopes of eventually getting it.

I think, I saw this building in Innsbruck, Austria. It was a hotel, if my memory serve me right.

Innsbruck is correct. It is the Goldenes Drachl, or golden roof, in Old Town built by Maximillian in 1500. Your turn.

I feel bad when people have to spend hours of their time on a search for some generic construct some where in the world.
Although i didnt notice the name of the ship on the gang plank
The ship is parked next to the USS Constitution and has quite a history of its own..
