It looks very much like the view from the top of Boston Mountain in Arkansas, but so do a lot of places.

The car only tells me that it is not a road on which 4-wheel drive is required.

So, is it a "parkway" in the sense that it is not a numbered highway? Is it within a national or a state park? Like maybe New River Gorge, WV?
