Some of the choices here seem kind of random...

I agree with this. I don't get the appeal of Europe either. Most everything I hear from people who take European vacations is that is usually a pretty mediocre experience. So Europe would be last on my list of continents to visit, as well. If I was going to visit Europe anyway, I'd agree again that the UK, France, and Germany would not be the best destinations. Id probable think about The Netherlands, Spain, and Italy instead.

I don't have any desire to visit Japan. I know a lot of people want to go and are obsessed with Japan, but I have never found their language, art, culture, food, etc. that interesting. I admit that I did pass through their airport about four years ago on my way to Seoul--that's as close as I want to get.

Sorry you feel that way, but I must say that you'd be surprised at the architectural and cultural differences between countries. The Alsace Region of France is very interesting because it's got both German and French influence.
Prague is one of the most beautiful and fun cities; I travel there from my home for day trips or short weekends.

If you're interested in what Iraq could/would have been, Turkey might be a nice option; lots of ruins and Istanbul is one of my favorite cities.

I thought that way once, then I had the opportunity to live and work in Okinawa, and was more than pleasantly surprised.
The Japanese culture is delightful (from the outside, I didn't live there long enough to assimilate, although I have friends who have); food is great!

I lived in Korea, too. Having never thought of that, it was also a pleasant surprise.

I guess the only place I wouldn't visit again in Cambodia. The sight of so many people disfigured from land mines was too painful for me.

I'm a culture, museum and architecture freak, so pretty much anywhere works for me.
That said, I don't like the US culture very much.

No interest in Paris although I'm gonna be forced to go there in a year or two due to my g/f, who knows maybe i'll love it. London does nothing for me and neither does the middle east. Brasil is the top of my list along with Russia.

Same here.

Save some cash and get a beach cottage in the Keys......

No interest at all in seeing Brazil (but would like to see Portugal). No interest in seeing Australia (but have been to New Zealand 5-6x).

OTOH, I would really like to see Iran but have a hard time allowing myself to go there. As a kid I read a lot about Persian history, most of which I've forgotten. I'd really like to see that country.
