Well, I live in Colorado along the Front Range so . . . The view as you come down the road and around the corner on Hwy 36 leading into Estes Park from Lyons is absolutely stunning.
That is really difficult...when I first visited the Tetons I said nothing would ever compare, but then I lived in CA and I was in the Sierras a lot and saw some truly amazing views. I haven't been into Canadian Rockies, so i can't compare that...

The view from the Palmer Divide out near Limon is much better, especially on (again) a clear, cold morning when the sun is just rising behind you. The Front Range is visible there from the Wyoming line to the Spanish Peaks down near Walsenburg and, when the sun illuminates the mountaintops, they look like they're on fire.
Also have to consider the Cape Breton Highlands, in Nova Scotia. Depending on how you define North America, almost any road through Oaxaca, Mexico, is pretty spectacular.
Ruby Mountains in NE Nevada
Sangre de Christo Mountains in S. Colorado
Cumberland Mountains in TN
Sierras, especially the eastern edge along US 395
