Punta cana day excursions (cost, ideas, rail, resort)

hello there- We are going to Punta Cana April 9th to April 17th- Staying at the Royal Catalonia, we went there 3years ago and loved it- we didnt go on any day excursions though- Can anyone recommend any that they have been on? thanks

We were there two years ago and we are going back May 6. Can't wait. We did quite a few excursions through our resort (Moon Palance/Hard Rock). Here are some ideas.

Saona Island tour: Awesome tour. All day but so much fun. You need to take a towel with you. You will need to venture down about 300 stairs ... no handrail to board a boat. Just FYI for you.

Roco Ki Golf: Beautiful course. All about the views.

Safari Tour with ATV: Some people chose to do zipline over ATV and others opted out because ATV and Zip did cost additional money.

Mariumiam tour: Not impressed at all
