I haven't flown in a few years. Is this standard operating procedure now?

Google is your friend (and mine). I just hope I didn't trigger any Homeland Security alarms by asking "US airports without body scanners".

Here's A List of US Airports Currently Using Full Body Scanners

Note this list is from 11/10.
Also, some airports may have one unit, so your risk of being sent through it would be minimal.

Yes, I think so but I could care less about them.

I've seen a few images from full-body scanners.

I've seen more than a few images of people without clothes on.

You'd have to have a really good imagination to link the two.

But - for those who are 'turned on' by X-rays - here's an image from the 'Miss Airport 2011' calendar:

What a turn on!

Why don't you care that your government assumes by default that you are a criminal and treats you as such?

Why don't you care that your government has no compunction about over-reaching its authority, violating the constitution that was set in place to protect the rights of the people from government abuse?

The list of airports with the different scanners is up to date at Flyertalk.com

Complete List of Airports with Whole Body Imaging/Advanced Imaging Technology Scanner - FlyerTalk Forums

I always opt out so I like to look at any new airport I am going to ahead of time to see what I am in for. Also, I have been successful in "self opting out," meaning I pick lines without the scanners as many airports don't have them set up in every security line.

They currently have 'em at terminal 4 in Phoenix on the SW Airlines side.

I know man, next thing you know they'll have metal detectors at airports too, even at courthouses.

I went through security at Washington Dulles a couple of weeks ago. They had both types of screening machines side by side in each security line. They just sent every other person in line through the full body scanner. Lady in front of me was sent through the full body scan, I got sent through the old one, guy behind me got the full body scan. It just depended solely where you were in line. At least it made the line move quickly.

Exactly what sections of the constitution do believe are being infringed upon?

I'd wager the Fourth Amendment.
