The best parts are seeing new sights, doing new and exciting things, meeting different people from all over the world, buying interesting souveniers (sorry if I spelled wrong), eating new foods, and my personal favorite, checking out the pools and jaccuzzis!! Lol!

The worst parts are the hassle of packing everything making sure you didn't leave anything behind, dealing with obnoxious people on the plane, bus, etc. (see my other post), when events are planned too early in the morning (I'm not a morning person lol), the cost of travel (it's expensive!), and delayed flights.

What about you?

Worst: Layovers and getting to the airport early so you can deal with the security lines.

Best: being away from home

Best : Discovering new places, meeting new people, trying new foods, trying to understand new cultures . Being away from "home".

Worst : Nowadays for me it has to be the flight. I have really long legs and I suffer terribly in economy. I also have an aversion to screaming children and people who kick your seats and behave as they would at home.

I loathe Jet-Lag too.

Best- Seeing new places, new things, airports, airplanes (I'm an air geek), eating stuff I would never eat at home

Worst- Usually not much sleep, expense, hotel fees, driving by car (I'd fly by plane any day)

Best: getting to see little known sights maybe interact with locals. Possibly change in climate. in some cases meet with friends and family. Sometimes try local transportation.

Worst: Some of the top attractions are overrated or closed while you are there. Delays, cost, things don't work in hotel rooms. But you forget about them and remember what a good time you had.
