Itís been over two years since I have been more than one hundred miles from where I am sitting right at this moment.

Iíve got to get out of this place.

How often do you feel the need for Vacations?

We generally do two week-long vacations per year, and maybe a couple of 3-4 day weekends closer to home.

Actually headed east to the Outer Banks for a week on Sunday.

Exactly a year ago, 10 days in California, but I did also get a 4 day business trip to Vegas in April. We're headed to the northeast in September. We do a week-10 days a year plus several long weekends when we can get away, most fairly local, 200-300 miles drive.

Last real vacation was this past Oct to Ste. Martin for 10 days. There have been several short jaunts to visit family since, but I don't count them as vacations.

We try to spend at least two weeks each year in Sint Maarten. I think that if it is affordable that everyone needs a vacation, even if it is just a long weekend somewhere relaxing.

In April, I was away for a week in Phoenix . It was at least 3 years before than for anything more than just an overnight. Hopefully my business will keep growing so I can go away around the same time next year
