Greetings from the city of Kiev.
You want to go in Kiev?
If so, why?

Usually I go because I get the urge to - thankfully most cities have plenty of facilities for me to go in

As for Kiev - it does hold some appeal to me - but wouldn't be my first choice .... i've heard that their visa process can be a little unfriendly as well

So I can sing Kieeev the Magic chicken! I would like to go one day to see a very old country and the beautiful architecture. The city is 1400 years old. It would be kind of cool, if I got to go for free. LOL if I had to pay myself, I would pick someplace cooler in Eastern Europe like Transylvania.

Funny I was just looking up pictures of Kiev and wondering what it would be like to travel there. I'm interested b/c I've been reading With Fire and Sword, about the Polish Civil War, which I'm assuming means that the Ukrainian Cossacks were trying to win their country back from Poland. The story begins in 1647. A very interesting read.
