Jet Blue flight staffer discovers stun gun in seat pocket after passengers exit - NYPOST.com

It would be a comedy of errors if it wasn't so serious. The TSA has proved once again how incompetent they are. It is time to disband them and return security to the airlines. It is the airlines who have a vested interest in safety, not the government. It is the airlines who stand to lose business if there is an incident which makes the public less willing to fly. I trust airlines, based on their profit motive, and the self-interest of the flight crews, to provide better seciurity that hte high school dropouts working at the TSA.

And they worry about an old ladies wet Depends? This is exactly the problem, they are getting caught up in the absurd instead of spending their time actually being effective.

From the article
Investigators were trying to identify everyone who had access to the seat pocket where the stun gun was found.
Uh yeah, pretty much anyone who was on the plane...
