We tried to find something in Prati that had reviews, but they were all unavailable during the dates we want. We've booked an apartment in Trastevere. It has good reviews and looks nice. Plus it looks close to everything. Thanks for the comments!

We stayed in Trastevere for our honeymoon in 2007 - you will love it! I'm not sure there's a bad part of Rome. We found a happening spot at night was just hanging out with beers people-watching in Piazza Trilussa. Lots of neat stuff around there and within walking distance (we found) to the Forum and the Vatican. Buon viaggio!
