Anyone planning to attend on October 18? Here's how they describe it on their website:
Looking for inspiration and ‘how-to’ advice regarding career break planning and travel? We’ve got it for you online and in person!

At Meet, Plan, Go! we are leading the career break movement in North America; encouraging and teaching others how to travel the world and have it be beneficial to your career. We envision a world where the term ‘career break’ is a part of your overall career strategy.
It seems to mainly be about long-term travel, or what the Brits call The Gap Year. It would seem that many Americans find it to be a crazy idea, but folks from other countries consider long term travel to be essential to their lives and careers. I'm going to be on the panel discussion board describing our experiences as a traveling home school family, since we took our 2 dd's who were 12 and 14 at the time and traveled to 15 countries in 11 months. If this sounds like your dream, check it out: Meet Plan Go
