I often feel mildly to moderately queasy on recent flights tho have never had to use the AS bag.

as i am under a lot of stress as my mom passed and i just returned from a flight where as bags were being passed out and i felt very queasy (but did not have to use the bag) and now have to fly back out again tomorrow to go to the funeral, is it unusual to feel queasy on a plane?

i often feel severely ill prior to boarding but that's just my own nerves.actually, once on the plane it subsides. but the cruise sometimes does it to me

getting airsick in the bag, there's nothing really serious about that other than it being a disturbance in the inner ear system? can you have repeated attacks even after you get off the plane? it's not like food poisoning or a norovirus, it's purely situational, right?

I cant tell if you have motion sickness or just anxiety. Do you sweat or feel warm also? If you get it before you get on the plane seems like it is anxiety of flying or the anxiety of maybe getting air sick that is what is bothering you. It is normal for many to get some motion sickness or air sickness. It is nothing serious you could maybe feel a bit off for a bit after your off the plane, have a headache or something like that but nothing that is going to come back obviously it is not a virus or anything like that it is motion sickness.

I would just take some motion sickness medicine, a patch, a wrist band etc.. There are lots of things to help out there. But I think it seems most of all for you just try to relax before you get on the plane.

Default no sweating

nothing else. even the turbulence doesn't bother me. i'm very suggestible. when the flt attendant walked to the back of the plane with gloves on i assumed someone got sick and he was going to clean up. then when he started walking with multiple bags, it bothered me and i felt queasy. otherwise it's all nerves. maybe only decaf as opposed to regular coffee before the flight?

yes i am often fearful about getting sick on the plane for fear of offending others
