Which airline should I fly? Cathay Pacific, Singapore, United or Continental? Any advice?
Thank you very much!

i'd say singapore is the best out the airlines mentioned but it doesn't really matter.

If you can afford them go either Cathay Pacific or Singapore airlines. They will give you infinitely better service.

I would do Cathay as they are a HK carrier and so travel in and out with them will be smoother. Also you can check in in-town for your return flight. Not sure about the others as I always flew cathay when I lived there.

I flew United non-stop from Chicago. The flight was as comfortable as you could expect spending 18 hours in a metal tube.

Cathay....I do not know if British Airways does direct flights from HK to US but we flew with them to HK and it was fine, relatively cheap. But I have heard many good things from family who have recently flown Cathay.

Depends where you're flying from. I think Continental only goes there from Newark and possible Houston, United only goes there from Chicago & San Francisco, I think Cathay Pacific only goes from Chicago, New York & Vancouver.
If you can get Singapore or Cathay those are infinitely better airlines then Continental or Delta are, so I'd take either of those with the first choice being Singapore.
