Southwest lately has been advertising $69 flights but I have searched a few locations and have yet to find a $69 flight. I looked all over the site but couldn't find a list of cities that the $69 deal is for.

I'd be flying out of Chicago anyone know how to find what cities I can fly to from chicago for $69 without having to enter a million cities intotheir search function to see.

I don't really have a destination chosen yet kidn of figured I'd see where the deals are to and go from there.

In general, in most cases, the $69 tickets out of Chicago are to:

Kansas City
St. Louis
Omaha
Nashville
Pittsburgh
Louisville
Columbus
Cleveland
Minneapolis
Indianapolis
Detroit
and sometimes Buffalo.

To get the special deals, go the the Southwest website and click on "SPECIAL OFFERS." Then click on "AIR".

Currently, there are NO offers but they generally are announced on Tuesdays and Wednesdays and last between 2-7 days.

A MUCH BETTER WAY TO TRACK good fares out of Chicago is to go to Airfarewatchdog.com and enter ORD as your preferred airport. This will show you ALL cheap airfares on ALL Airlines out of O'Hare, Midway, Milwaukee, and Rockford. THEY track SOUTHWEST specials and send you an e-mail 2-3 times a week.

In addition, last week, Southwest had $102 OW to Las Vegas and $99 to Los Angeles.

Buffalo. Niagara Falls (walk over to the Canadian side ... much more to do and see from there).

They do have a nice airport (thank goodness, for the many nights spent there).

SWA commonly posts specials based on distance, BUT... search midweek and you can find some unexpected bargains. I especially like to grab low fares to Austin and San Antonio during Dec. (Canal lights). $89 just showed up last week (usual is $189). It was only available one day.
