Family all-inclusive in eastern U.S. on a budget? (vacation, reservations, package)

I posted this in TripAdvisor also, but figured it was worth asking here as well:


I was hoping to spend no more than $2K for a week at a place like Rocking Horse Ranch, but that seems to be about half the going rate .... am i out of my mind to think i could find a week at an all-inclusive within driving range (no airfare budget) for $2K or less? We have two kids, 7 and 10 and live in eastern PA.

This would qualify. It came from some research that I was doing for a trip to the Northeast that I never did take.
