INDIANAPOLIS, April 23 (UPI) -- An Arizona man filed a complaint with police saying a flight attendant "rudely" woke him up by tapping his knee with a magazine.

Kevin Johnson, 37, told Indianapolis Airport police he was sleeping on a chartered Million Air flight as it taxied to the gate Sunday morning, when the flight attendant struck him on the knee to wake him up, The Indianapolis Star reported Monday.

Flight Attendants wake me up all the time. but I am happy because thats my only opportunity to get a glass of water or a tiny bag of peanuts.

I'm sure that the FA's must feel like they can't win on stuff like this....it's rude to tap some with a magazine, but maybe some feel it's rude to touch some with your hand, or on the shoulder. For every person that complains about being woken, there is one that complains about sleeping thru a meal - it sounds like in this case they were getting ready to taxi to the gate?

We travel with our now 2yo (she's been flying since she was about 6mos) - and I did everything possible (I refuse to drug her though) to minimize her impact on th people around us. What's with people though? Painting you nails on a flight?

This was on a private jet. The guy's already a major douche. He just stepped it up a notch.

Well, next time let him get his beauty sleep - and after they finish unloading and cleaning the plane, they can lock him in while the plane sits overnight.

Typically FA's wake passengers up as the plane is getting ready to land so they can put their seat backs up and footrests down and be sure their seat belts are fastened securely around their waist.

This guy sounds like a first class douche.

Sadly the instruction for how to open the door is contained in every single seat back. Too bad she didn't listen to the briefing at the beginning of the flight.
