I really like JetBlue. I've only flown them a handful of times, but each time they have gone above and beyond to separate themselves from the others.

I have also found Delta to really have turned a corner over the last few years. The staff is usually great, but the planes are inconsistent. One flight you'll have PTV's like JetBlue in Coach, other times you'll be stuck on an ex-Northwest A320 with wifi only. They also fly between BOS and FLL.

I always have heard great things about Southwest. However I flew out to a job interview last week in LA and the company paid for my ticket but Southwest cancelled my flight. The best they could do was get me out there by 6:45pm (would have missed the interview.) So I called up United, used 12,500 FF miles to get a coach seat and made the interview just in time. On the way back the company rebooked me on United to fly home. I gotta say, for all the success stories about Southwest, United saved my ass and I'll keep giving them my business. This is despite all the crap that has risen since they merged with Continental, which I always went out of my way to avoid.

Jet Blue is my favorite but from O'Hare not a whole lot of destinations. United or American next. Southwest too much like a commuter flight. I rarely check bags so I don't care about first bag free.
