Well I will be celebrating my 34th real soon and want to do something very relaxing to celebrate me. I always do something once a year to celebrate me. I originally was going on a cruise, but I am cruised out. So i decided on a relaxing get away for a couple of days on a luxurious beach front property. My dilemma is Four seasons or Ritz Carlotn? I have never stayed at either.

I am leaning toward Ritz Carlton Naples--good reviews, great spa and beach front.

Any suggestions??

My suggestion is to check the reviews sites because not all hotels of the same label are created equally.

And for that matter paying extra to stay at the ritz or 4 seasons doesn't guarantee you a relaxing time. There's other hotels that may offer more amenities. You can have a 5 diamond hyatt resort vs a 4 diamond ritz carlton and may enjoy that better.

check the reviews and pick the one that seems to come closest to meeting what you had in mind. Both resorts are at the top of everyone's list or close to it. Happy BD and let us know which you pick..

Why do you say Ritz hands down?? What was it about the Ritz that gained your confidence. As I am reading the reviews, i am finding more positive comments about the Ritz. I am still in my research phase.

I've never stayed in a Hyatt that was as nice as a Ritz Carlton. I've found most Hyatts and Omni's are like an ugly sweater wrapped in a beautiful box.

I'm a big fan of Ritz Carlton, although in some areas, Four Seasons have better properties. A lot of it between those two chains is simply based on location.

Four Seasons all the way! I've always had a great experience with every Four Seasons.
Check Trip advisor or maybe Yelp, it might help.
