For me, it's WestJet. The crews are great and have a sense of humour. I think they all have stock in the company too, so it benifits them to be great at their job.

I also like Westjet. Good service.

Domestically I'm a fan of the regional airlines (Air Wisconsin and Piedmont Airlines) flying under the bigger name airlines of United Express and USAir Express. The jets are smaller/not as roomy but enjoy the somewhat frequent (depending on airport) old-school boarding/deboarding via stairs, as well as the flight crews who are more friendly and casual (and probably far less jaded) than the long haul crews.

Unbelievable and the food was good too, curry as I recall. The Aer Lingus flight was a short one., London to Dublin, but they managed to serve a HUGE full Irish breakfast that I would never have known came from an airline kitchen. That being said, I hate flying and I am resolved never to fly again unless leaving the continent.

Domestic: Southwest & Jet Blue

I've only traveled KLM, Austria, Montenegro Air, Air France for International and no favorites there.

Jet Blue was very pleasant, athough they did a major screw-up with several of the traveler's bags when I flew to NY, my own included.

I've enjoyed the staff on Frontier Airlines.

I am partial to Southwest, although they're not as "on time" as they used to be.

TAP, the Portuguese airline. Nothing super special, except that they leave and arrive on time, they don't crash, and the cabin service is decent.
