Cheap UK insurance for pensioners? (cost, best, senior, European)

Hello!
I'm a 66 years old retired nurse from UK and want to go to Switzerland to visit my sister.
I know that not many insurance agencies would agree to insure a traveller of my age,
but maybe you know some company that would do that for a reasonable price?

Your age is not the main issue, but the status of your health is, and where you're travelling to plays a big part.

You're going to a Non EU European country, so that's no big deal.

Your European Health Insurance Card (EHIC) allows you to access state-provided healthcare in Switzerland at a reduced cost and will cover your treatment until you return to the UK. It also covers the treatment of pre-existing medical conditions and routine maternity care, provided the reason for your visit is not specifically to give birth. No cost participation is required for maternity benefits.

EdnaBee, I would advise you to try Globelink Travel Insurance. They cover for free many pre-existing conditions and offer low excess. My parents used it when they travelled to India. Besides Globelik has special policy for seniors - Travel Insurance for Seniors Over 65 - Travel Insurance UK
P.S. And they are relatively cheap (starting from around £30)

Thank you all for the tips) I was planning to use WorldNomads, but ended up following foreigner's advice - he made a comment just in time) So I chose Globelink Travel Insurance because their rates for pensioners are the best. They are very cheap if compared with WorldNomada or Saga...
