Buy the 'Passport America' annual Federal pass on your first Stop!!! or you will be spending $$$$ on park fees. It saves you $$ camping as well.
Funny you say that, she actually bought this last June when she visited Denali, knowing we were going on this trip. We visit the Grand Canyon on the very last day the Pass is valid!

Have only been to america once and that will be 7 years ago in July so saving up to return to Florida for several weeks. I have £1500 saved up which is pretty good for someone who has just turned 18. We will see what happens..

Please, please, please find a way to get beyond Florida. The USA has way too much to offer for you to stay in FL.

He's only 17 or 18 and his parents don't want to go back. He's too young to even rent a car. I'm sure he knows public transport is rubbish there.

I was in NO Last October. It's a good time to visit. And BTW, if you like WWII history, you have to go to the museum in NO and watch the 4D movie. It's the best WWII museum in the world.

Having moved from Rhode Island to Nevada last year, we have SO much local exploring to do. We've seen many of the sights in and around the LV Valley (Red Rock Canyon, Mt. Charleston, Hoover Dam, Eldorado Canyon), but this year I want to do a circuit of the ghost towns that are within a few miles of us.

We're flying back to RI for a wedding next week, but that's not really a vacation (plus, it's REALLY cold there now). Other than that, we have a trip planned to Santa Cruz, CA in the summer, and we normally go to LA/Hollywood area at least once a month. Nothing too far planned, mostly staying in the SW.

I will traveling quite a bit this year! I'm going to Hawaii with my friends on a trip to the Big Island. We'll be hiking, camping, parasailing, surfing, touring Hilo, and other things. It's going to be awesome. I'm also going to LA and OC. I'm going to Orlando and to universal studios. And then I'm taking a cruise ship to the Caribbean.
