As for "permission", read the full contents of all the contractual provisions that you have agreed to by buying and using an airline ticket, as well as entry into a sovereign nation's air space.. They have your permission to do whatever is specified in all those contracts, conventions, treaties, federal regulations etc.
then why is it that people with MCS or ashmatic conditions can ask to leave the plane while spraying is carried out.

Another ridiculous statement doesn't offer any credibility to your argument, still you lack any evidence. Let's add an additional ridiculous statement.

You're making many logical failures in this thread.

As a parallel to the quoted statement, it has been demonstrated many times over that airport body scanners using millimeter wave technology have no impact to human health, yet you can still opt out and choose a pat down instead.

The fact that you have the option to opt out of the scanner doesn't magically make it harmful to you.

Spraying is only conducted on international flights and it is an incredibly light application.

You're taking some correlated events (and loosely correlated, at that) and attempted to draw a causation.

People who have allergies or asthma or are pregnant and are booked on a flight requiring onboard spraying can request an exemption, the Fair Air Coalition says. "The exemption only works if the spraying is done after landing," says Diana Fairechild, founder of the Fair Air Coalition, "though it's possible that if spraying does occur normally during flight you can ask them to spray after. The exemption will allow you to get off before the spraying on the ground, but no other passengers can deplane." http://www.airlinecrew.net/vbulletin...rm-your-health
