I never say never but I don't trust the people or the government of Mexico. There are places there I would like to see but their corrupt country is not a safe place to visit.

How funny! I left a day ahead of schedule.

It was also the ONLY place I've visited that I had serious difficulty understanding what people were saying. I mean, I've traveled to Asia, central America, Europe, Russia - and I don't speak any foreign languages. But everywhere I've gone, I was able to understand those who tried to help with their limited English and thick accents. In Wales, they were speaking English, but I'll be damned if I could tell what the heck they were saying!

That's a bit extreme, especially since I take it you've never been there. But I assume you feel the same way about Chicago since it is also corrupt and unsafe.

Interesting. I prefer overnight flights. I can't sleep during day flights.

People are just naming cities. If the list is to include foreign cities then I choose: Venice, Italy
Otherwise, none, because a whole country is way too big to rule out over one bad experience. (I understand it for places where people may have been stationed in a war or something though)
