I lived in Jax as a kid.

I don't kayak in rivers. No pretty white sand beach either. Last time we were on the Gulf near Sanibel we were in the intercoastal waterway and found ourselves surrounded by a pod of dolphins. Later we saw one jumping up in the air.

Not exactly high.

Cool! We collect airmiles and have flown business (on Emirates) 4 or 5 times. I didn't want the flights to end. Would love to try their First with your own private room. Once I actually paid for business class from Uganda to Michigan. Ouch.

I don't mind cattle class on Emirates or economy plus on the other airlines. But normal cattle class sucks.

Flying Emirates in first is on my bucket list. For now I'll have to settle for BA. The CCR makes it worth while. Love getting a massage before boarding.

That's not the point. The point is that you claim you have seen all of Florida and it is flat. I have proven you are wrong. Admit it.

We've flown Emirates to Australia, Uganda, and Thailand. Wish they flew to the US but for some reason it doesn't go through Dubai first.

They have showers on the big Emirates plane. A380 I think.

CCR is First class lounge?

We've used the Emirates lounges in Dubai when we were silver or had upgraded. Otherwise, we paid to use a lounge which was a great deal - showers, comfy chairs, free food and drink all for about £22. But we got tired of doing that for overnight transfers and splash out on the airport hotel. Worth it!
