It may make better sense for you to see how much a regular ticket will cost before spending many times that trying to scrounge together miles. Some places, like my apartment complex, have schemes that let you charge your rent via credit card, but tack on a monthly c/card processing fee that makes it much less appetizing. You may also consider taking a coach reward for this relatively short flight.
Yes it is 130,000 miles plus $10.

The ordinary ticket is 900 now BUT I know this will come down to about 500 for February time..

Wait--you really think you'll be able to accumulate enough miles to earn a FF for February--peak travel season where most if not all of the award tickets are already claimed? LOLOLOLOL!!!

I will admit to being unfamiliar with the Ireland-New York route, but I can't imagine that February would be a peak season for it. In February, people want to go from where it is cold to where it is warm. Travel between two cold-weather destinations (excluding ski resorts) is not in as much demand as it would be between those same two points in summer.

Ireland to Florida via New York. Newark and JFK are major gateway cities from Europe. It's a very busy time.

I'm still not seeing the spend you'd need in time. Those seats are already being scooped up. Perhaps you aren't aware of how allocation works, but a very limited number of seats are released for any given flight.

If you mean to Florida, it doesn't matter. About 40% of all travelers coming into the US and onward to Florida from Europe pass through NYC on the way. So just because you are coming to NYC, you are still competing for a limited number of highly allocated seats with people going any and everywhere else in the US.

There are four airlines from Dublin.. Calm down.

And its not Europe, most of the people are from UK/Ireland going to Florida.
