Stupid attendent. She surely should be fired. Even if they weren't able to save the man's life, they should have at least tried. You're not going to allow someone die just because he "has a hairy chest".

The nurse was the highest medical authority and the use or non-use of the AED was completely up to her and NOT the jurisdiction of the FA. Ah, the devil is in the legal details. Case dismissed.
