They are MLM - meaning a few at the top succeed and make the most money while those lower on the totem pole who have not built their set of worker bees will be struggling to make a living.
They promise you nice discounts on vacations, etc. But by the time you pay your membership dues, you are essentially paying for the vacation at full price. Then if/when you do earn a vacation you go on the vacation with other WorldVentures teammates and they make you hold up these blue signs that say "You Should Be Here" which is their marketing tagline.
Can you make money? Maybe. Should you try to look for another job instead? Probably
