Anyone here ever used G Adventures? (Cuba, price, trips, places)

I was recently informed of the travel site G Adventures. I went to the site and saw that they are pretty comprehensive in the places they go (even Cuba and Iran). Has anyone here ever used them? If so, what did you think?

One of my friend's has gone on trips with them, back when they were formerly called 'Gap Adventures' (lawsuit issues with The Gap I think so they had to change it to G Adventures lol)

Anyway, she said their trips are reasonably priced, very structured and organized. She did not have any problems using them.
