Booking airline alliance award travel is quite complicated.

Anybody know of a site that can streamline the process?

Depends a LOT on the specific airlines and alliance(s). What are you trying to do?

Give Award Nexus a try - https://awardnexus.com/user/login?url=%2F

Using AA miles? Does "South Asia" mean the Indian subcontinent? If so, AA routes via Europe; other Asian destinations route via the Pacific, so sign up for Cathay Pacific's FF program and you can see award inventory online with CX; AA usually can see the same seats.

Generally, with accounts with BA, Qantas, AA and Cathay Pacific you can put together a fairly comprehensive search - a bit time consuming, but it always helps to know a flight is available when you finally call in (if you have to call at all.)

Yeah, AA from NE USA to SE Asia business class.

Thanks for the good info...I'll try Cathay Pacific.

Basically you have to book through the airlines. But check out flytertalk forum. The have a forum site dedicated to AA/One World and they would have tons of suggestions and hints (use there search feature). Business class to Asia - I hope you have a ton of points.

If you want someone else to do the legwork for you (to the tune of about $100-$150 per ticket booked), check out this thread on award booking services on FlyerTalk: Award booking services - a list and some reviews - FlyerTalk Forums

Note that AA also flies their shiny new 773s to Hong Kong from DFW - an excellent business class product and probably easier to score than CX. You could connect to CX or Dragonair from HKG onward.

AA also allows connections through "Asia 1" to SE Asia, e.g. AA or JL for US > Tokyo; JL or CX Tokyo > wherever.

Thanks. I'll look into it.

Having good luck with Emirates, though.
