For some crazy idea, I have decided that I want to take a greyhound somewhere, and so far no one's been able to convince me not to. So these are the routes I've mapped out so far, but I haven't decided which one to take, though I'm leaning toward #1. I have to end up in Bend since thats where my family I'm visiting lives. If anyone has any info about any of these places or about greyhound in general, I would love to know. Thanks!

Well, if you are goign by greyhound, you don't get to pick your routes. They do it. And it's the lo-o-o-ong way!
They have a set routing system that takes them thru various towns and stops, often the long way around your final destination. You do not get to choose your own route.
The bus stops every 2 hours or so for a 10 to 20 minute break with two 30 minutes stops per day. Most of these are at travel plazas with a McDonald's or a Burger King or something.
If those are the two routes they are offering, I would choose number one, it's much less circular.
You are gonig to pass bt many interesting places. But Passing By is what you are going to do unless you get off and see them. Rapiid City, SD has Mt Rushmore and Crazy Horse. You are going to get near Yellowstone.
Most of the places you list are not notable towns.
I've trucked through or past most of them and, as Bob the Builder says, most are not notable or, IMHO, worth the trouble. The Corn Palace in Mitchell, SD is kinda cool if you're already going that way, anyway. Portland, Spokane and Rapid City would be good places to rent a car and see the area. (Portland has excelent public transport downtown, so that might be the exception to renting a car) Also noted by Bob the Builder, Mount Rushmore is a good drive from Rapid City (about an hour) but is an awesome visit, especially if you can see their evening program. Central OR is really nice and one of my favorite U.S. drives is I-84 through the Columbia River Gorge. I have a friend who lives near Tulsa and he's toured me around; I really like Tulsa. But you'd also need a car there, too.
Just curious as to if there's a reason why you don't drive or fly? I would never have the patience to sit in a bus for that long It was bad enough when I had to from So CA to Bakersfield, thought it's never end.
I've got to agree with many things that Crew Chief said about the areas. Tulsa is an awesome city. And I live in the Corn Palace city and I feel it's worth stopping to see. As far as Rapid City, you'll love the area if you rent a car and browse around. Mt. Rushmore and the Black Hills are some of the nicest scenery you'll find.
