Tuna (or any fish) is going to have an odor regardless of the temperature.

Egg salad has a strong smell as well.

Oranges/tangerines have a smell, but I don't know anyone who minds it. I won't eat an orange on a flight when people are trying to sleep though, as the smell triggers chemicals in your brain to wake you up and become more alert. I would eat it shortly before landing as people were needing to wake up though.
