I did go to Barcelona a few month ago for work but was able to get some personal time in too so I scratched them off my list for now. I loved it and hope to go back some day.
Southern Andalusia, around Seville, Cordoba, Cadiz, Tarifa.
Warm even in midwinter (not hot, but very pleasant) with Roman ruins, white hill villages, glorious Moorish architecture, oranges in the trees, ferries to Morocco...
I must be honest that I wasn't familiar with several of these places and had to look them up...all of which look AMAZING. Thank you for the recommendations; I will definitely have to do more research into these cities.
