I unzip the roll-aboard, toss the plastic hotel laundry bag and any unused clean clothes next to the washing machine, remove a couple of items I'm going to use like an Rx pill case, and hurl the bag in a closet. I fortunately don't have to do the suit/dry cleaner thing these days. That was put the suits and dress shirts in the dry cleaner bag and drop it the next morning. I'm business casual wash & wear.
