Can i carry a scissor in my carry on? If so, how long is the max the scissor can be? I assume if scissor is brand new in a case, that has no bearing right? It has to be less than so and so inches? what about if its those grooming scissors?

Any issue carrying laptop fan cooler? Empty thermal bottle? What if it has a teaspoon of water in it that i did not notice?

Its mexican airport to usa and vice versa.

No. And take it from someone who, until retirement, could legally carry a handgun on a plane, even I was not allowed to carry many of the items listed when going through some airports.

I know of someone who had a small pair of sewing scissors taken away from their carry on luggage in Canada, a few years ago... If you've ever seen that type of scissors, they're really small and basically about as thick as tin foil. In any case, they were confiscated. If they aren't essential, and you don't want to be questioned and delayed, then leave them out of your luggage.

Contact the specific airline or go to their website and look for the answer to your question.

I always carry small blunt tip scissors. No problem, but they cannot have sharp tips.

Can't speak for the Mexican airport but in the U.S these two items will not be a problem. Depending on the mood of the TSA agent the laptop fan might cause them to do a hand search of your bag. If they give you any grief over a teaspoon of water simply pour it out.

I've flown quite a bit with a pair of cuticle/grooming scissors with no issue - I do only pack cheap dollar store ones though just in case they are confiscated.
